What does AzeeMed Instruments make?

AzeeMed Instruments manufactures and supplies reusable surgical and dental instruments for hospitals, clinics, surgeons, dentists, veterinarians and distributors worldwide. Our catalogue covers general surgery instruments, dental instruments, ophthalmic instruments, orthopaedic, ENT, neurosurgery, plastic surgery, gynaecology and complete instrument sets.

What material are AzeeMed surgical instruments made from?

Our instruments are made from premium German surgical-grade stainless steel. This steel is corrosion-resistant, holds a sharp edge, and keeps its strength through repeated cleaning and sterilisation cycles.

Are your instruments reusable and autoclavable?

Yes. AzeeMed instruments are reusable and can be sterilised in a standard steam autoclave. Clean, rinse and dry each instrument thoroughly before sterilisation and follow your facility's reprocessing protocol to keep them in top condition.

Are AzeeMed instruments CE marked and ISO certified?

Our instruments are CE marked and manufactured under a quality management system that follows ISO 13485 requirements. See our Quality Management System and Certification pages for details.

Do your instruments come with a warranty?

Yes. All AzeeMed surgical instruments carry a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper handling or unauthorised repairs. Full details are in our Terms of Sales.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Orders are securely packed and shipped with tracking. Shipping costs depend on destination, weight and order size. International customers are responsible for local customs duties and taxes. Read more on our Delivery Information page.

What is your return policy?

Defective or damaged products can be returned within 15 days of delivery. Refunds or replacements are issued after the returned items are inspected and approved. Custom and laser-marked instruments are non-returnable unless they are defective.

Can I cancel my order?

Standard orders can be cancelled free of charge within 48 hours of placement. Cancellation fees may apply to custom or bulk orders if production has already started.

Do you offer custom surgical instruments?

Yes. We design and manufacture custom surgical instruments to your drawings, samples or specifications, from small modifications of existing patterns to completely new designs and prototypes.

Can I sell AzeeMed instruments under my own brand?

Yes. Our white label and OEM surgical instruments service lets distributors and medical brands sell instruments with their own logo, branding and packaging, with support for large-volume production.

Can you laser mark our logo or serial numbers on instruments?

Yes. Our custom laser marking service permanently engraves logos, serial numbers, UDI codes, barcodes and sizes onto instruments without damaging the surface finish, helping with traceability and branding.

Do you supply hospitals and distributors in bulk?

Yes. We supply hospitals, surgical centres, dental clinics and distributors with wholesale quantities. Contact us with your product list and quantities for a bulk quotation.

How do I choose the right surgical instrument?

Consider the procedure, the tissue type, the required length and tip pattern (for example straight or curved, serrated or smooth jaws), and the handle style. Each product page lists the pattern name, size and use. If you are unsure, our team can recommend the right instrument.

How should I care for and maintain stainless steel instruments?

Clean instruments promptly after use to stop debris from drying, use neutral-pH cleaning agents, dry them completely, lubricate hinges and box locks with instrument milk, inspect for damage, and then sterilise. Avoid saline soaking and harsh chlorine-based products, which can cause pitting.
