A AzeeMed Dental 2 Explorer Stainless Steel, double-ended diagnostic dental instrument for the tactile exploration of the tooth surface for caries, calculus and irregularities. The tips are thin, sharp, and curved to allow for better exploration of pits, fissures, and interproximal surfaces. Tip size is very fine to allow for more accurate detection of caries (approx 0.3-0.5mm). It is approximately 16-18 cm in length with narrow working ends and angled design for access throughout the entire mouth. It is made of stainless steel with an overall thin knurled handle that makes it easier to hold and with enhanced tactile sensitivity during use.$30.50
